Overview:
The Kettlebell Exchange is a monthly strength training program built for people who want to train at home—but either lack equipment, time, or the desire to join a commercial gym. With a simple, focused system, this program teaches foundational kettlebell skills, gives you access to quality equipment, and helps you steadily progress in strength and technique—all without needing a garage full of gear.

How It Works:

  • Each month, you’ll attend a coaching session to learn or refine core kettlebell movements like swings, squats, cleans, and presses.

  • After your session, you’ll check out a kettlebell—just like renting a movie back in the day—to take home and use for your training throughout the month.

  • Every month, there’s a target skill benchmark. Once you demonstrate control and competence, you’ll be able to “trade up” for a heavier bell. This ensures consistent progression and removes the need to purchase multiple kettlebells on your own.
