Our group training atmosphere is slightly different than what you may be used to.
Group Strength Training is our flagship program designed to deliver real, measurable progress in a focused, small-group setting. Each member reserves a weekly time slot and trains at their own dedicated station, with their own barbell, rack, and equipment. You’ll follow a personalized program built around your goals and experience, with weights and reps calculated for you—no guesswork, no wasted time.
The program centers on mastering the fundamental compound lifts—squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls—because they’re the most efficient and effective way to build strength that carries over to real life. Whether you're a busy parent, recreational athlete, or someone just looking to move better and feel stronger, this approach adapts to you.
With expert coaching on the floor and a structured plan in place, Group Strength Training blends the best of individual programming with the energy and accountability of a group setting. It’s smart, scalable training for every walk of life.
Groups:
groups A, B, C meet Monday, Wednesday, Friday
groups D, E meet Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
A: 5:30AM
B: 6:45AM
C: Noon
D: 4:30PM
E: 6:00PM
*Make up sessions are available Saturday morning when available.
