I began my fitness career in 2010, starting as an entry-level trainer at a commercial gym. Over the years, I worked my way up to managing a team of coaches, launched my own independent training venture in New York City, and eventually opened my own facility. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all backgrounds, bridging the gap between scientific principles and real-world application.

What started as a personal fascination with fitness has taken me to both ends of the strength and endurance spectrum—from competing in powerlifting to completing a 50-mile ultramarathon. These experiences have shaped my belief in well-rounded, sustainable training.
